All County Construction provides services for all phases of construction management projects from inception to completion. This includes Consulting, Development, and General Contracting for the Medical, Commercial, and Residential markets. We have constructed over 2 million square feet in our 18 years of operation.
The corporation is active in the construction of Medical Tenant improvements, Office and Warehouse manufacturing, and Design/Build for residential and commercial construction. Work is completed in conjunction with many brokers, Realtors and banks in the areas of Orange, Riverside, San Bernardino, San Diego, Central Coast and Los Angeles counties.
Superior design/build packages are offered with personal attention and with expertise being a priority. Assistance in site selection, financing, architectural drawing, plan-checking and permits is also offered. In order to accomplish this offer, we utilize a TEAM CONCEPT.
The team includes the client, architect/certified draftsperson, general contractor, project manager, and any other consultants that may be pertinent to the construction project. This team is formed at the very beginning of the design phase of the project to assist with Design, Planning, and Building.
During the initial phases of the project, our knowledge and experience with trade contractors, construction systems, costs and realistic time schedules are available to the team. Input during this period will help to achieve the fastest and most economical construction possible.

Prior to building, our team works directly with the city, architects, owners of the property, and trade contractors to complete a careful study and analysis of the plans, site conditions, and other components of the construction project. All areas of the proposed project are inspected and questions are clarified through consultation.
Upon completion of the project study, we will submit a proposal with cost estimates offering the best value possible.
At this time, we may suggest alternate materials and systems that will reduce the cost of construction while maintaining the integrity and quality of the design.
